Career Guidance are events organised by the school for all students. These prepare students for the second part of the training that the school offers. A career day is an opportunity for students to understand the various courses Rafiki offer, the job opportunities there and how they can advance themselves of succeeding in each chosen career path. Successful people from various companies, organisations are invited for each specialization to enlighten the young women on each of the courses before they make a final choice which profession or specialisation to take on. Also successful past students are invited to speak and motivate those who are still in training.
